About the Session

Global education’s impact on student career outcomes has never been more relevant. It plays a vital part in preparing students for success by equipping them with skills employers highly value, such as intercultural fluency, problem-solving, and collaboration. And as NACE’s Career Readiness Competencies highlight intercultural and global fluency, the connection between global experiences and job market success is clear. But how can we ensure these opportunities are accessible to all students and that global skills translate into tangible career outcomes?
